Each year, Santa sees a version of his friend grow old and die. Now it’s Santa’s turn, but he’s having trouble finding a replacement, and if he doesn’t succeed, there’ll be no one to take care of the infant Father Time, and time itself will stop.

The forward is about 1/3 of the 55 minutes of the recording. Don’t skip it (at least the first time you listen to it); it’s worth knowing the background of this story.
This is a story that reminds us (once again) that Christmas is more about giving than receiving, that the love should be embodied all year round, and that Christmas and New Year are more than days on the calendar.
I intend to make this an annual listen.
Narration: The narrator, Owen Moogan, does a superb job of presenting the story. He brings the magic of Christmas and Santa’s dilemma to life.
