  1. Rosemary HUGHES

As a reader of Regency Romance, there has been certain rules that young ladies had to abide by, to keep their precious honor in tact. Such as never speaking to a gentleman, unless you had been formally introduced; never riding unescorted, especially at dusk; never dancing more than two dances with the same man; not being kissed by a gentleman, especially on a main thoroughfare.
I may have been too embroiled in other romances to see there errors, but if you are going to write of an era, you need to know the rules society lived by, in those times.
This was a refreshingly different tale, non the less, and I enjoyed it.

  2. Sheri MacNutt

This story isn’t bad but isn’t that good either. The narrator make some of the young ladies sound like old women with rough voices. That or maybe they smoke a pack of cigarettes a day.
