Description

A chance meeting with a mysterious old man…

Unearth the mystery of the Mayflower Court flats, and play find-the-lady at the murky, yet majestic, manor house.

This is the first two plays of the groundbreaking, cozy mystery series, The Armchair Detective.

  1. Christopher Connell

If you enjoy the Christopher Lee and Basil Rathbone versions of Sherlock then you will enjoy this series of two dramas. They are a lot like the old radio dramas with sound effects.

The first story “Mayflower Court Flats” was better than the second “Manor House Mystery” story. Mayflower introduces the Armchair Detective “Old Tom” and our protagonist reporter Trench.

Manor House was a bit far fetched in its logic. In particular “the no G” mystery.
