This book should come with a trigger warning as it involves a horrific scene of someone being raped. I was already annoyed with all the essential oil talk but that just crossed a line you can’t come back from. Gwendolyn Druyor was excellent as the narrator but even she could save this sh*t show of a book. This my honest unbiased review.

This audiobook has lots of action and excitement! The plot is filled with danger. It has some violence but isn’t overly graphic. Marcella and Quinn just seem to be trouble magnets. This time, it comes from Quinn’s Native American side of the family. The story moves along at a fast pace.
I thought the descriptions of the essential oils used for their healing properties added to the story. I could smell them vicariously!
Narrator Gwendolyn Druyor has a great voice. You can hear her smile during the poignant moments.
This audiobook is not quite as good as the first two books in the series but is certainly a really good story. I enjoyed listening to it!
