Enemies to lovers is always a fun listen and this one did not disappoint! These two have a huge dislike for each other, or so they want you to believe. I loved watching this one unfold and getting a lot more background answers as to what happened in Ryan’s past with his brother. Another great listen with the O’Connor brothers.

Ryan by A.S. Kelly is the second book in The O’Connor Brothers Series that I listened to on audio narrated by Ashley Taylor and Daniel Knight.
All I can say is Wow! A.S. Kelly takes you through an emotional roller coaster with Ryan and Christine. Ryan’s speech had me smiling and crying at the same time. I absolutely loved their story. I cannot wait for the next book in the series Nick to be released on audible.
Ashley and Daniel did an amazing job! This is the second time I have heard two narrators work together on one chapter and I absolutely love it.

So, another O’Connor brother comes to light and now I have to decide if I like Ian or Ryan better! This story is more my speed, with the broody, hard to reach Ryan. He is attracted to Chris, but keeps getting in his own way when around her. The things that come out of his mouth both make me laugh and cringe! He definitely has some things from his past that are keeping him at arm’s length. Chris has her own obstacles to overcome, and this man both is her main attraction and yet frustrates her to no end! Will these enemies find their way to being lovers? This was a fun listen, a little angsty, a lot of passion and I love the interaction with the family. The brothers are so typical, their banter is just like I know our house is, and the competitiveness between them is highly combustible. Chris is an interesting woman. A wonderful mother, it does seem like she is afraid to move forward, even 16 years later. These two broken characters find their way together, we can only hope they can put each other back again.
The narration team of Ashley Taylor and Daniel Knight bring it all to life. Taylor is a master at her craft, loving her transitions to accents, she easily finds her way around the characters. Knight has an amazing voice, and I found that he seemed more comfortable as the narration continued. He has a little problem with the changes between characters, but I find both their voices fit well with the duet narration. I enjoyed this story.

I am falling for this brothers. I thought. Ian was great, but here comes Ryan and I changed my mind. He’s better than Ian Lol.
This book was more enjoyable for me than Ian, I think I could relate more with Ryan and why was he the way he was.
Ryan and Christine were perfect for each other, they were able to overcome all the obstacles they have and help each other to heal.
The narration was good, both narrators did perfect.
