Rancher’s Girl

(1 customer review)

Teacher Lily Cable moves from San Francisco to a small town in rural Nevada to rebuild her life after a catastrophic divorce. She meets local rancher Sandy Johnson, a recent widower. His son is in her class and after a few random meetings, they begin a relationship. Old family secrets throw their fragile love in jeopardy and they both need to rethink the next step.

This is the first book of an 8 book series about a ranching family in rural Nevada by Carson City.

This is a good short story. A rancher and a school teacher takes interest in each other. There is several problems comes up. This book keeps your attention from start to finish. Chantelle Clark does a good job narrating this book. I received a copy of this book from audiobooks unleashed but that had no influence on my review.
