Description

Lucy and her young family have moved to a cottage on a quiet lane in a peaceful coastal town. Her husband is moving work but she is running away from the memory of the son she lost. She wants a fresh start, but the house is not going to let her look to the future, not when the past has so much it wants to show her. The first night in the house will confuse her. The second night will terrify her. The third will change everything, because a door to the other side has opened and they are coming….

Marc Everitt wrote a creepy haunted house story, with an increasing amount of tension and scariness as the pages unfolded, and ending with a surprising twist. I recommend this story to all who like this genre. I enjoyed it immensely. Kevin Theis does an excellent job with the narration, adding great enjoyment to the story. I requested this audiobook from Audiobooks Unleashed and have voluntarily left this review.

On the Third Night is a creepy horror tale with a twist at the end that you will not see coming. I like the creative storyline and the characters but fair warning the book does get a little technical at times. I do recommend this quick little listen the narrator was not my cup of tea but the story is worth it. I received this book for free and this is my honest unbiased opinion.

  3. L.B. Stimson

Enjoyable and quick ghost story with increasing levels of intensity. The narrator is a bit rushed at times and tedious in his tone and pronunciations but I kept with the story because of the characters. I received a free download of this from Audiobooks and this is my honest opinion.
