I loved everything about this book! I listened to it because it was about an average couple that was similar in age to my husband and I who were married a long time and were also empty nesters like us. Well, that’s where the similarities ended. As exciting as their sex life sounds, I think I’m going to just live vicariously through them. While this book had several highly erotic sex scenes, I felt like there was also a story to it with Joe and Elaine and their doubts about taking their fantasies and making them a reality. Elliott Daniels did a wonderful job bringing this story to life. He definitely had the perfect voice for this story. I highly recommend this book to anyone looking for an erotic story with a more mature couple.

I thought the blurb from this book would be interesting. There is not a lot written with middle age couples I found that would be fun. This qualifies. This is a shorter story so I am pleasantly surprise how well the author makes you feel familiar with the main characters Joe and Elaine. Not exactly bored but yet both wondering if there is something more they start experimenting. Their journey is so well told that I was unable to set the story aside. I felt they could be friends of mine. This is set up to be a multi experience story. I also appreciate the narrator. Elliott Daniels did a great job of bring the story to life.

I truly hate to say bad things about people’s voices when they narrate a book. Honestly there isn’t anything wrong with his voice but his voice is all wrong for this story and I don’t know if that had an impact on my like of the story in general but I just couldn’t. The couple is in there 50s. The narrator sounded Like my almost 90 year old grandpa. Being married to an almost 50 year old man I still expect them to sound like a normal many. My dad doesn’t even sound near as old. So listening to what could be my grandpa read an erotica novel is a pass for me. This is a porn book. To me erotica has a story line and a plot that really drags you in. This book is about sex and basically nothing else. If you’re in the market for sex scenes with multiple partners the step right up. I’ll pass on the grandpa porn
