Description
New York City, 1880, in a time of industry, mystery, and glamour. All to be found is vice, corruption, and injustice. When prominent New York City socialites are found brutally murdered in their lavish Millionaires’ Row mansions, junior detective Charles Reed, new to the city and with no experience, gets partnered with unconventional senior detective and war veteran Lucas Briggs as they’re called in to investigate the most recent killing. But in their search for the murderer, the detectives realize the killings are the start of something far worse. When faced with the harsh realities of the city, Charles will have to question his morals and the system he was sworn to protect, as he will have to make tough decisions and will never be the same again.
