I received a free ACX promo code for this book.

I was already familiar with all the ideas this book has.I just wanted to see what it said. Basically our negativity, moods, and modes of thinking can sabotage us unknowingly in our pursuits. We can be our own worst enemy. It is about learning to recognize that and suggest ways of changing your behavior to be happier and more successful.

For those not familiar, this book would be helpful in a self-help way.
