John Hampton is a US Marshal on the way home from an extended fugitive retrieval assignment. When he stops in at his favorite steakhouse, he finds that what he wants most isn’t on the menu.

This was a very good short smexy book. It was pretty much insta-love and, like the other books in the series, it was very enjoyable. I love how Mandy handled the attorney she was playing pool with in the bar. He thought he was a b@d@ss but she showed him otherwise. It was great! I also like that Mac and Willa were in this book. JT Farrell did his usual awesome job with the narration.
