What a unique version of an alien creature. I enjoyed this book and the details are so thorough you see everything in your mind perfectly and can I also add HOT!!! These characters are such a great fit for each other regardless of how they came to meet. The author gave this book a perfect ending as well. All wrapped up with a pretty little bow.
Narration in this book was done very well. I loved the deep throaty voice the best.

Feral by Sara Fields is a Standalone Dark Sci-Fi Romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Bo Alexander. This is the first book of Sara’s that I have read and look forward to reading more from her in the future. Bo did a great job narrating. The only down fall was that he did not change tone for each character. I liked that the book switched between Axel and Cosima points of view so you could really get into both characters head. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes Dark Romance and a bit of Sci-Fi.

Cosima is a journalist who makes her way into Echelon 67 (kind of like Area 51) to find out what experiments are going on. As she was snooping around and reading a report she should not have seen, she gets caught by the humans who work there. They secure her and take her further into Echelon 67. One of the escaped experiments, Saleous, comes in and kills all of the humans except her. He attempts to mount her. Axel, another experiment who seems more human, saves her, knocks him out and takes her to an area in the mountains where he warns her to stay away from him. He can smell her arousal and is trying to pull himself together. She is drawn to him and does not listen. Their story takes off from there. I enjoyed this book and Ms. Field’s writing style. The book flowed nicely and moved along very quickly. I love the fight scene when Saleous catches up with Axel and Cosima. Also, I loved the ending. Very nice! The narrator, Bo Alexander, was new to me and I felt he did a good job.
