Well-written, fast-paced, steamy book for sure. For me Delta James never disappoints. JT Farrell narration makes it all the more better.

This is another great book by Delta James. This was about Mallory, a professor, and Dex, a sargent in the service. Mallory broke up with him by letter and left to fill in for her friend in a country on the verge of war. All this while Dex was on assignment. When he returned and found the letter, he went after her even though his request for leave was denied. At times, Mallory could be so annoying. For her to have an advanced degree, she did some really stupid things. Because of her, Dex was imprisoned and almost executed twice! In spite of this, the book is really good. Fitz, from Alpha Dog, and his team made appearances in this book. JT Farrell did a great job with the narration.
