Description

Welcome to Daisy Creek. Here, you’ll find dry summer heat, cattle-rustling outlaws, wild desert winds – and maybe even love.

In the days of the Old West, towns like Daisy Creek gave the promise of a new life in a land of opportunity.

And for four young women, that is all they could hope for!

A high-society belle, searching for a life and a home of her own.

A pioneering female doctor, seeking a place of equality among her male peers.

A determined beauty, escaping a life of repression.

And a Lakota Indian woman, eager to learn about this new world emerging around her.

Each of the women carry a dream of their own, but all find their solution in the same place – in becoming mail-order brides.

Their arranged marriages offer a chance at the new life they have been chasing. But as the brides make their way to their new home in Daisy Creek, little do they expect to find something entirely different waiting for them – a chance at real love.

As secrets, sorrow, and danger threaten to ruin the lives and the relationships they are building, the mail-order brides of Daisy Creek must find the strength to endure.

For as hard-going as life in the Old West is, these brides are going to have to overcome a good deal more if they are to find the happiness they long for….

But will they find it in Daisy Creek?

  1. Faith

This is a very sweet, clean collection of romance along with a bit of adventure. I enjoyed each of the books. All of the stories were a different approach to being a mail order bride which made them fun to read.

The narrator reads kind of choppy, dropping her voice like a period then continuing to finish the same sentence. Otherwise it wasn’t bad narration.

I requested this audio book from Audiobooks Unleashed and have voluntarily left this review.
