A group of estranged friends, now in their forties, reunite in Gerlach, Nevada, for their 30-year high school reunion at the time of the annual Burning Man Festival.
They soon find themselves at the heart of a viral apocalypse and are forced to rely on the very people they were at odds with to survive.
