Description
Creek Hollis is a single father raising his young son in the small town he himself was raised in. Lake is the center of his world. Creek received – not once, but twice – news no parent ever wants to hear. His little boy needs a donor.
One is found, and so this brings Kelly Marshall into their lives. Kelly Marshall lost someone close to her as a teenager. That loss made her want to become a nurse and help children with childhood cancers. When she is asked to participate in a program that would have her living in the Hollis home for a week, she has no qualms about doing it. In that week, lives are changed.
