The Ex-Boyfriend Agreement – A Reverse Harem Romance “Great Story! I enjoyed listening to this book and the narrator did a good job in bringing the story to life. The plot line contains uncertainty, romance, mystery, and intrigue.”
Ice Dog “Interesting. Not having read or listened to the other books in this series, I wasn’t too caught up in or familiar with these two characters. The book is quite short and has the usual romantic dom theme. Overall, it’s not a bad way to while away an hour and a half. The opening bit of the danger that Chelsea found herself in was interesting as she was no dummy while in captivity. As in all the stories that JT Farrell narrates, he does an excellent job.”
Mulled Wine “Great Short Story! I really enjoyed listening to this tale of “rejected” fated mates and wish it had been longer. Poor Dax really had to work at getting Chelsea to accept the idea of settling down with a new mate. The narrator does an excellent job in bringing this story to life.”
Touch of Darkness “Fantastic Story! I enjoyed this book. I was kept engaged from start to finish. The plot line has romance, danger, mystery, and paranormal threats. Even though I have not listened to the first book in this series and this book has possible glimpses into the next book, I was able to enjoy it as a stand-alone novel. J.T. Farrell does a wonderful job narrating this story and bringing this tale to life.”
Untamed “Awesome Story!! This excellent action-packed mystery is full of unexpected surprises. The plot line consists of a second-chance paranormal romance between a mountain lion shifter and his human fated mate. The mystery is intriguing and kept me spellbound as the story progressed. The narrator does an excellent job in bringing this story to life. The book does end in a cliff-hangar which will leave you anxiously looking forward to obtaining the next book in the series to find out what happens next.”
The Vakarran Captives Series: A Four Book Box Set “Ho Hum… While I did enjoy the overall plot line of these four books as a whole, I found each of the “romance” parts of the story to be almost a carbon copy of what was contained in each book. While I'm no prude and usually enjoy alien romance stories, the overt sadism of what was “supposed” to be “romance” left me cold and disgusted…and I was really irritated at how many times the author used the word “filthy”. Thank goodness I didn’t pay for this selection, as I would definitely be returning this book for credit.”
Fur Ever Witched “Great Story! I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this story. It’s filled with lots of angst regarding the acceptance of a fated mate and untold danger from both prejudice and the revenge that the evil sons of the former alpha of Twisted Tail are planning. There are tons of interesting happenings in the plot that will take you by surprise, and the book’s end will keep you wondering what will happen next…I’m totally looking forward to a future book in this series. The narrator did an excellent job in bringing this story to life and I thoroughly enjoyed listening to her narration.”
Fur Ever Yours “Great Story!! Loved listening to this great story. I was caught up in the suspense right from the start. The narrator did an excellent job in bringing this story to life.”
Back to the Fuchsia “Cute Story! Gertie is at It again—her naivety still gets her into trouble and is sometimes truly hilarious. Because of Gertie’s bumbling, there’s quite a bit of adventure and danger in this story that will keep you on edge...wondering what will happen next and how everyone is going to extract themselves from those unexpected and dangerous situations. The narrator did an excellent job in bringing this story to life and greatly enhanced my listening pleasure. I received a free review copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.”
Gertie’s Paranormal Plantation “Entertaining! I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this hilarious paranormal suspense story. Gertie naivety was truly trying…and it got her into so much trouble. You just have to shake your head and wonder how anyone could be so clueless. I enjoyed listening to the narrator bring this story to life. She did a great job. I am looking forward to listening to the next book in this hilarious series.”
One Night with a Bear “Excellent Short Story!! I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this excellent paranormal romance that is paired with mystery and suspense. The apprehension of who the perpetrator was kept me on edge. Logan McAllister did an excellent job in narrating this story. He totally brought this tale to life with his exceptional ability to give different voices to each of the characters.”
Bite of the Fallen (Book Four in the Born Vampire Series) “I thoroughly enjoy listening to this story. This tale is packed with lots of action, danger, and adventure. The plot line will keep you glued to the story—wanting to find out what will happen next. The world is changing—and it doesn’t look pretty!! The narrator does an excellent job in bringing this story to life.”
Bite of the Fallen: NSFW Edition “I thoroughly enjoy listening to this story. This tale is packed with lots of action, danger, and adventure. The plot line will keep you glued to the story—wanting to find out what will happen next. The world is changing—and it doesn’t look pretty!! The narrator does an excellent job in bringing this story to life. (I found this NSFW version pretty tame as far that designation goes...)”
The Second Star “Uplifting Christmas Story… I enjoyed listening to this improbable Western Christmas story. The plot line was interesting and there is plenty of suspense that will keep you wondering just how the events in the story will pan out. I must say that the character of Anna in this story was my least favorite character—what a wishy-washy main character! Some of the events may be a little far-fetched, but they do add excitement to the story line. The narrator did an okay job—just wish he had been able to add in a bit of emotion in his rendition of this tale.”
Tales of the Favored: Arthur’s Tale “Great Story! Wow… Who would have thought Arthur’s life would end up being like this. I kept hoping he’d get the hint and actually talk to Knight. I was intrigued by the events in this story and can’t wait to listen to the next book in this series to find out what is in store for everyone. The narrator did an excellent job in bringing this story to life.”
War of the Chosen “Exciting Story! I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this book. It was filled with uncertainty, danger, action, and lots of surprises that were totally unexpected. The plot line will reel you in as you become immersed in this intriguing tale. The narrator did an excellent job in bringing this story to life.”
Child of the Outcast “Exciting Story! I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this book. It was filled with danger, action, and lots of surprises that were totally unexpected. The plot line will reel you in as you become immersed in this intriguing tale. I think you’ll be championing Lisbeth with her take charge attitude. The ending will leave you scrambling to listen to the next book in this intriguing series. The narrator did an excellent job in bringing this story to life.”
The Golden Angel Boy “There’s not a real story behind this erotic rambling of a sexual encounter with an angel. Unfortunately, I was bored throughout and kept wondering when this story would finally end. This story is narrated by the author…his “expressiveness” in tonal variations gave me the impression of someone trying too hard to make a story come to life—which was a failure. Maybe the next book in this series will be better as the snippet included at the end of this story was intriguing…but not enough to make me want to listen to it…”
Time of the Ancients “Exciting Story! I really enjoyed listening to this story! The action and intrigue kept me glued to the story—listening well past my bedtime. This was the first book I’ve read in this series, and really felt that this could be considered a stand-alone book—although I’m sure that if I had listened to all six books in their proper order, I would have loved this story even more! The narrator did an excellent job in bringing this story to life.”
Ravished on Raptor Island “Interesting Story… This is an interesting short story set on an island that has been taken over by raptors and dinosaurs. Faced with a world that makes living another day a toss of the dice, Cleo is determined to live life to its fullest and Gavin is only too happy to fulfill her wishes.”
The Royally Broke Billionaire: Royal Wedding Blues “Hmm… Well, this is the 4th book in The Broke Billionaires Club Series. While I immensely enjoyed the previous books in this series, this particular book really wasn’t my cup of tea. Granted, the actual story line was cute and had lots of surprises, Unfortunately, I listened with more and more disgust at the antics and demeanor of two of what I would call the most spoiled young adult ladies who had the now pervasive “it’s all about me” — “no one is going to tell me what to do” — “there is no way I’ll follow rules no matter what” attitudes. The boy’s revelation near the end of the book was not at all surprising if you happened to pay attention. The anger being spewed by Tess at this revelation is disturbing, disappointing, and uncalled for—especially when her brothers and future sisters-in-law try to convince her that all may not be what it seems and to use a bit of common sense. In closing, this book may perhaps be the perfect romance story for today’s modern teens and young adults who now sport this so-called “enlightened” and “entitled” attitude. I do not recommend this story to older readers who still abide by what they were taught while they were growing up—in a world that valued proper etiquette, social niceties, and the ability to think rationally. The upcoming next book in this series promises to have surprises--I can't wait to listen!!”
Shocking Sapphires: An opposites-attract small-town girl and celebrity romance “Another Great Story! I enjoyed reading this romantic story set in the Brunswick Bay Harbor area. It is Book 5 of Ann Omasta’s Brunswick Bay Harbor Series. While the beginning of the story and some of the plot taking place in the hospital raised my eyebrows quite a bit, the ultimate story was a good one. Of course, there must be an antagonist to cause angst in the development of the romance between Grant and Molly… and Eva sure fits the bill. Can’t wait to read the next book in the series…the suspenseful cliff-hanger ending will keep you wondering what happens when the ice cracks!!”
DragonLord “Great Story!! I enjoyed this story very much. I found Bridget’s independent streak exasperating as all it does is get her into trouble. Dragon Lord, Gideon, was an intriguing character as even though he’s the typical domineering alpha male, he truly cared for his fated mate as well as his human subjects. Bridget and Gideon’s romance is full of angst. I’m looking forward to listening to future stories in this series as each of Gideon’s brothers wake from their enchanted slumber. Jack Calihan is an awesome narrator, as he is able to give each character their own voice—bringing this story to life.”
Highland Honor – Scottish Highland Romance “Great Story! I enjoyed listening to this book very much. The intriguing and suspenseful plot line kept me guessing as to what would happen next. Unfortunately, the narrator’s narration was so choppy that it was truly distracting.”
Her Billionaire’s Baby: A Bear Shifter Pregnancy Romance “Great Story! I enjoyed listening to this wonderful story. Besides the romance, there’s the addition of the mystery of missing shifters and the fallout and misunderstandings of an unexpected pregnancy. The narrator did a good job as well.”
Saved by the Werewolf “Cute Story This story was interesting and I enjoyed it very much. The plot involves two bachelor shifters who unexpectedly find they’re mates and tells of their adventures while they find themselves caught up in the adventure of saving Charlie’s family from the evil clutches of Charlie’s crazy older brother. Unfortunately, I absolutely hated the narrator. Listening to her voice and constant vocal inflections was like fingernails on a chalkboard. I received a free review copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.”
In the Silence “Great Story!! I totally enjoyed listening to this book. The plot line is very interesting and I found myself caught up in this suspenseful story. The angst and romance between Xander and Cat was endearing. This was my first story in the Friessens series, and even though I had not read/listened to the previous stories in this series, I thoroughly enjoyed this story as it stands as a “stand-alone” story. The narration was good, and Teri Clark Linden brought the story to life.”
The Other Side of Midnight “Great Story!! This story immediately captured my interest. The romance and suspenseful plot line were intriguing, and I found myself not wanting to stop listening! I totally fell in love with Damien—he was so sweet and understanding—even though he had been cruelly turned into a shifter wolf through no fault of his own. Clarissa was a bit of a wishy-washy snob who kind of irked me throughout the story with all her self-doubt and distrust of Damien’s true feelings. Overall, the entire cast of characters in this story were perfect in this exciting plot. Sarah Sampino is one of my favorite narrators, and she did an excellent job in bringing this story to life.”
The Earl’s Christmas Wish “Great Short Story! I enjoyed this short historical romance. Was happy that the Earl and his young daughter found the perfect replacement of the wife and mother they lost and was glad when the Earl discovered the dastardly deed the entitled and spiteful Lady Caroline that he had been courting had tried to pull off. Sorry to say that the narrator’s cadence was too choppy for me to enjoy his narration of this story.”
Lycan Gladiator “Awesome Story!! This is a great shifter romance story set in the ancient Roman time period featuring a captive wolf clan forced to fight as gladiators by an unscrupulous local wolf clan and their friendship with a human Roman ruler. The story will captivate you as you become immersed in the tale of an improbable fated mate romance between one of the slave shifters and a goddess-blessed healer There is plenty of suspense in this story that will keep you from wanting to stop listening even for a minute! The author did a wonderful job incorporating ancient historical facts of being a slave and a gladiator and the Roman’s persecution of religious freedom. The narrator does an excellent job in bringing this story to life.”
Playing To Win “Loved This Story!! I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this second-chance romance story and highly recommend it. The plot line was interesting with a bit of suspense built in. You’ll love swoon-worthy Jude—he’s such a thoughtful romantic who never forgot his love for and the heartache caused by Katie. Katie has a lot of self-doubt and issues to overcome for this excellent story to have a happy ending. The dual narration is excellent as Liam and Stella bring this story to life.”
Lost Souls ParaAgency and the Ghostly Reunion “Cute Story! I totally enjoyed listening to this story. The plot line is filled with solving the mystery of a haunting and the continuation of a budding romance between the two main characters. I had to laugh at the hilarious inclusion of a snippet regarding the meddlesome aunts at the very end. The narrator did an excellent job in bringing this story to life.”
Hook & Crown “Interesting Story… Overall, I really enjoyed the plot line of this take-off of the Peter Pan story. I will say, though, that sadly I totally disliked the main character, Elena. She is a sniveling, fickle, oh woe is me, I’ve been wronged type character that I wanted to shake and tell to quit being selfish and dump the everything is all about me attitude. As far as the plot is concerned, yes, there is definitely evil afoot in Neverland… Peter Pan, AKA Aiden, is not the sweet little boy who doesn’t grow up. Captain Hook, AKA Will, is not evil and old. I was left with a lot of frustrating unanswered questions by the end of the story. And getting back to mentioning the ending, it seems that there must be another book in the works… I totally enjoyed listening to the narrator, as she did a wonderful job with her narration and bringing this story to life.”
Man, True Man “Awesome and Intriguing!!! I was captivated by this story from the start. The action and adventure riveted my attention…so much so, it was hard to take a break from listening. I highly recommend this book to all fans of exciting science fiction stories. The mystery and suspense of the plot was intriguing and kept me guessing as to what would happen next throughout the story. The narrator was outstanding as I had no trouble differentiating between the characters and he brought this story to life. I guarantee that once you reach the end of this story, you’ll definitely want to listen to the next book!”
Grave “Awesome Story!! I totally enjoyed listening to this book. The romance between Grave and Nora was touching and the suspense and intrigue of the plot was excellent. The science fiction aspect of the story line with a medieval twist was intriguing. I’m totally looking forward to listening to the next book in the series. The narrator does an excellent job in bringing the story to life.”
Luna Rising: Book 1 “Exciting Story!! Oh wow!! Absolutely loved this story! It’s filled with intrigue and danger along with the unwelcome realization of the discovery of an unusual human being the improbable mate to two future alpha lupine pack leaders. As the story progresses, danger and intrigue grows right up to the cliff-hanger ending. This is one story that I’ll be anxiously awaiting to listen to the next book in this exciting series. The narrator does an excellent job bringing this story to life.”
The Dark Trilogy: Annals of the Nameless Dwarf Books 1-3 “Meh... Disappointed in what could have been a great story. Maybe this “epic” fantasy appeals more to a masculine audience… Granted, the suspense did keep me listening to this story—hoping there would be a resolution to all the evil that was happening. Unfortunately, I don’t see where this really ever happens… The instance of the horrific torture in the last book served no purpose in the plot line other than to sicken the listener. I’m still struggling to pick out the real hero in these three stories…personally, my vote goes to the albino. The nameless dwarf, himself, does nothing to gain my sympathy. His laissez-faire attitude totally turned me off. The narrator was great, and I enjoyed his brogue. Also, this series is touted as a trilogy, but the ending doesn’t make it seem that way…”
Goofy Newfies: A sweet romance novella, plus puppies! “Loved Goofy Newfies—I highly recommend this heartwarming story. Everything contained in this tale is really cute and laugh-out-loud hilarious.”
Tiger Queen “Great Story!!!!! Despite the title, this is absolutely not a paranormal romance… It is definitely, however, a well-written reverse harem romance with lots of surprising twists and turns that will keep your interest—wanting to find out what happens next. Besides the three sexy brothers that inherited their father’s Crazy Carl’s Zoo, there is a lovable tiger that has an important spot in the plot’s story as well. The build-up of the nail-biting suspense in this story leads to a very unexpected conclusion. Narrator, Bridget Bordeaux, once again does an excellent job in bringing this story to life.”
Shining Pearls: A small-town Maine romance series “Suspenseful! I enjoyed listening to this continuing story in the Brunswick Bay Harbor Gems series and highly recommend it to lovers of modern romance--be sure to start of with Book 1 in this series, though! I found that I wanted to listen to this story non-stop as the suspense didn’t allow me to pause my listening device even for a moment. I thoroughly enjoyed the author’s narration of the story as she brought each of the characters to life. As I listened to the story, I decided I had absolutely no sympathy for Claire, Alex’s “missing” wife and Alex was no better in his abysmal treatment of Josie after Claire popped up out of the blue—especially after all Josie did for Alex and his daughter. I’m still not a fan of Dean, either…he just seems a bit too creepy for my tastes. Even with all the heartache this book generated for me, I’m anxiously awaiting Book 3 in this series to find out what happens next...especially in light of the cliffhanger ending!”
Shimmering Emeralds: A small-town Maine second chance romance “Great Second-Chance Romance Story! I totally enjoyed listening to this third installment of the Brunswick Bay Harbor Gems series as this ongoing story has me hooked. I absolutely cannot wait for the next book in the series to be released!! Lovers of second chance romance stories will totally enjoy this series, and I highly recommend it. Unfortunately, even though this is the third book in this series, I still hate the devious, lying, hypocritical character of Meg; and my opinion of her was not swayed one bit as this story progressed. Her “woe is me—I’ve been abandoned” mindset was entirely of her doing. My heart totally went out to clueless Levi—everyone treats him like he’s the scum of the earth—they’re all lucky he’s giving up everything to be there for Meg—and her big reveal was totally unforgivable in my mind’s eye. The author does a good job in narrating this story, however towards the end when there were multiple people speaking, I became confused as there wasn’t much change in her tonal quality, and I wasn’t sure exactly who was speaking.”
Shattered Diamonds (A small-town Maine romance series) “Great Story! As I listened to this story, I was kept on the edge of my seat…expecting Alex’s missing wife to pop up at any time… The romance between Alex and Josie was a slow burn that was destined to combust. Add in Alex’s young daughter, Hannah, and you get a sweet romance that will grab your interest in finding out what will happen next. Yes, this story ends in an unexpected cliff hanger and you will definitely want to listen to the next book!”
Getting Lei’d (Island rom-com) “Great Romantic Story! I totally enjoyed listening to this romance story filled with lots of comical events. Roxy’s grandmother is a total hoot and lent a lot of comical events in this story. I absolutely loved the character of Kai, the local “jack of all trades” at the hotel Roxy, Baggy and her sister were staying at. I was a bit put off by Roxy’s sexual stalking of Kai, and I wanted to shake some sense into her and tell her to grow up—that everything isn’t about her “needs”. The ending of this “chapter” in the Escape Series ended remarkably well, and I’m looking forward to listening to the next book in this lighthearted romantic series. Ann Omasta does a fine job in narrating her own story, but I was a bit confused at times because there wasn’t a marked difference when each of the individual characters were speaking.”
Funny Bunnies: An opposites-attract sweet romance short story “Cute Short Story! I immensely enjoyed listening to Funny Bunnies, narrated by the author herself! This romance has a bit of a surprise as you wonder just who will win that big mayoral race. There’s plenty of antagonism in the story as Hope definitely has it out for the incumbent Mayor Snow.”
Daring the Judge: A steamy and forbidden opposites attract romance “Suspenseful Story! I enjoyed listening to Ann Omasta narrate her story about a female judge who finds herself in a potential compromising situation. This romantic story was suspenseful and will keep your interest as you listen to find out what will happen to Sienna and Jake.”
Guarding Grace “A Delightful Story! Ann Omasta is one of my favorite authors and this book is one of her best… Can one adorable little puppy be the glue that will meld a diva TV star and a mom and her child together to make a solidified happy family? Listen to this lovely narration to find out! This cute, romantic suspense tale has a lot of very humorous moments and the suspense will keep you glued to the story to find out what happens next.”
Watching Willow “Great Book!! Loved this story—it’s a worthwhile heartwarming romantic suspense story that will keep you on edge as you listen to the predictable and alarming conclusion that does end with a HEA. At first, I was not sure I liked Willow, but her character grew on me as I became immersed in the story. Loved the inclusion of Caleb’s family in the story along with Nico, Willow’s limo driver.”
The Mistletoe Haunting: Legend of Minster Lovell “A Riveting Story! I highly recommend listening to this. You won’t be disappointed in this excellent ghost tale as there’s so much intrigue and family drama. I have to admit that I did shed a tear when the final outcome of the tragic mystery was revealed. The narrator did an excellent job in bringing the story to life.”
Allegra’s Mail Order Husband (Texas Brides, Book 3) “Interesting Concluding Story This is the conclusion of the Texas Brides Series. We finally are privy to Allegra’s “secret” at the end of the story—while one can guess what it might have been (there being two different things in my mind…)—I was a bit perturbed with the harping this secret entailed throughout the story in each of the three books. The revelation of the “secret” was a little lame and much too ambiguous. In retrospect, I’m surprised that both Karl and Allegra had kept important things about themselves hidden.”
Amelia’s Mail Order Husband (Texas Brides, Book 2) “Odd Story… I found myself becoming disturbed by the interactions between Bruce (featured in this story) and Jude (introduced in Book 1 of this series). Fortunately, the story line is interesting in that you’ll want to find out just what is in store for these three sisters in the end—plus there’s still the mystery of “whatever happened” to Allegra, the third sister that was so secretive that was continually being brought up but was never disclosed.”
Alma’s Mail Order Husband “Interesting Clean Romance The author has penned an interesting mail order husband story. The five characters in this story were all a bit eccentric—but I could see how their living arrangements, while strange to modern-day listeners, would be on par for the historical setting of this story.”
Out On A Limb: A Smoky Mountain Mystery “A Great Cozy Mystery I really enjoyed this story—the hair-raising plot is very suspenseful and will keep your interest—wanting to find out what will happen next. As an added bonus, there are so many funny incidents in this story that will keep you laughing out loud…along with the sweet development of two romances. You will also get a kick out of the local “mafia-type” characters as well. Narrator, Jodi Gaylord, did an excellent job bringing this story to life, and I enjoyed listening to her. I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.”
Valley Storm “Great Story! I enjoyed listening to this concluding story about Luke and Mandy’s “second chance” romance. I couldn’t help but feel sorry for Luke as Mandy was a total witch at times--not the way one would treat "the supposed love of her life"--if you know what I mean. I totally wanted to shake her and tell her to grow up and realize that everything is not all about HER--especially during her fits of unwarranted jealousy. As I got into the story, I just knew there was going to be a “surprise” brewing. The narrator, Logan McAllister, continues to do a great job in narrating this final story in the Langthorne saga.”
The Demon Duchess “Great story and narration...except for the “quacking” baby! (I have never in my life heard a baby quack!!) Overall, though, I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this romantic story and recommend it to modern romance lovers; plus it had plenty of suspense and several surprises in the plot that you won’t see coming…”
The Devil Duke “Being this book is Book 1 of “The Demon Duchess Series,” it is important to read/listen to it in order to understand what’s happening in later books. While I liked the basic plot line of this story and Trevor, the “Devil” Duke, I absolutely was not impressed with Izzy! All I could think of as I listened to this story was: “Where’s the bar of soap”!!! Absolutely loved Archie—what a sweetheart!! This is sort of an off-shoot of a Cinderella story where an urchin from the U.S. and a member of the English aristocracy are forced into a marriage contract and have a battle of wills.”
The Marauder “Excellent Story! I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this historical romance tale and am quite confident in recommending this story to others. You’ll find a lot of unexpected surprises as the story progresses. As I listened, I kept wondering: “Does he or does he not…” and kept thinking: “Goodness, talk about spoiled!!” I totally fell in love with “Phalen” and could totally understand where he was coming from!!”
Valley Fire “Great Romance Story! I really enjoyed listening to this continuing story of the Langthornes of Napa Valley. Narrator Logan McAlister does an excellent job in bringing this story to life. In this book, we have the romance story of Lola Langthorne, Tobias and Lina’s headstrong and very spoiled daughter. While I loved the plot line of the story, all the foul-mouthed language coming out of Lola’s mouth was a bit much for me, and I wanted to find a bar of soap to wash out her mouth. Fortunately this is markedly toned down by the middle of the story—so keep listening if this is off-putting for you. As a listener, I fell in love with the character of Alex and could totally understand his elusive ways and why the tragedy of his formative years shaped the man he was today. As far as all of Lola’s “projects” in the first part of the book went—all I can say is, “Really…???”—you’ve got to be kidding!”
Kept for Christmas “Different Kind of Story I took a chance on this book for curiosity’s sake. Why someone would actively crave this type of treatment is beyond me. The story in of itself is kind of cute, and I think I would have enjoyed it if there was no submission/dominance in the plot line. Please make note of the publisher’s warning…”
Valley Fever “Great Story!! Overall this is a great romance set in the beautiful Napa Valley wine country. I highly recommend this story for all lovers of second chance romances, and I’m anxious to listen to the next book in this series! The plot has plenty of suspense to keep you guessing as to what will happen next. Narrator Logan McAllister does a fabulous job narrating the characters of both Tobias and Lina. Tobias is your typical rich and spoiled playboy, and I guarantee you’ll hate him in the beginning of this tale—BUT as the story progresses, you’ll find he sheds his obnoxious persona and becomes a caring and responsible mature adult. While Lina’s character is supposed to make you feel sorry for her, to me, she’s is a wishy-washy, weak, self-centered mouse of an immature lady that I couldn’t stand—and I wanted to shake some sense into her throughout the story for more reasons than one. I voluntarily reviewed this after receiving a free copy,”
What Would It Take “Great Story! I absolutely loved this wonderful romance story. Saxton could be every woman’s book boyfriend!! There’s quite a bit of suspense as you listen along—you’ll be wondering where and when Saxton’s ex will pop up and strike next. Sarah Sampino, the narrator of this story, did an excellent performance! I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.”
Tellan: Brides of the Mylos “Interesting Story! I enjoyed listening to this story, although I was more caught up in the political aspect of this tale much more than the romance. I must say that I wasn’t surprised by how the world leaders shirked on their promises to the aliens to properly set up Bride Registry Centers. The romance in the story was a bit rushed, and I did like the integrity shown by Tellan. I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.”
A Bride for Nathan “A Wonderful Story! I enjoyed this mail-order bride romance set in the Civil War period. Barbara Goss is a wonderful storyteller, and I highly recommend listening to her stories. The narration by Leonor A. Woodworth is fantastic as she brings this story to life with her wonderful narration. I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.”
The Mermaid and the Cowboy “Great Story! I enjoyed this story, the third book in Tessa Bowen’s The Demon Duchess Series. It was so nice to see that Jeb ends up with his happily ever after. Although the narrator did a good job in narrating the bulk of the story, she totally failed in her pronunciation of rodeo—it was totally wrong for a southerner living in the United States. Every time I heard her pronunciation, it was like fingernails on a chalk board.”
