Nanny for the Billionaire“I was caught up in this book from beginning to end. I loved the characters and the narrators did a pretty good job.
I felt like the boys didn’t have anything different or fully set apart from what they had with the previous nanny they did this with. I felt like it was constantly being mentioned something along the lines of “we will do _____ with Kate like we did with (I forgot her name, Leslie maybe)”
If I were Kate I would feel a little cheated. I am sure they ended up loving and having a more meaningful relationship with Kate, but I do t feel like it was show a whole lot.

Knight of the Hunted, NSFW Edition“This was a solid read, I wasn’t blown away by it, but it wasn’t bad. It feels like we are just beginning to scratch the surface of this story line. The fact that there are so many books after this indicate that there will be a lot more to this story. I really like Lis, I think she is a strong woman.

Queen of the Underworld (A Dark Mafia Romance, Book 3)“This is the final book of the series and I am sad that it was over. I think our of all three this one is my favorite. It was so great to see Cora come out of her shell and show some or her inner darkness. Her and Marcus are the perfect pair, and I am so glad their ending was happy for them.
As always, Jack Calihan did a great job with the narration.

My Sweet G.I.“This book was a first for me in a few ways. This was my first book with this author, narrator, and my first historical romance. The blurb had my interest right away, but it was even better than I imagined.
There were definitely some sad parts to the story, but they were worth it for the final outcome. Rooke knocked it out of the park with the narration. She did a great representing Teddy and Jenny. I love when a narrator can do two different voices really well.
If you love romance at all you need to BUY this. There are a few very descriptive sex scenes 🔥🔥(which the author did an amazing job at writing by the way). In my opinion a good romance needs some steam.

Wanted“This is the fourth book that I have listen to from Kimberly Dean and I was not disappointed. Even though the book was shorter than the others I have read from her, it was still packed with a great story.

This is the second book and the story picks up right where the first one left off. I really loved having this story without Ariel’s mom in it (Or I guess I should say aunt?! 🤯🤯). There were quite a few twists in this book that I did not see coming.
I enjoyed learning more about dash in this book and hearing more about his past and how much him and Ariel have in common. I am also really loving Quinton more and more as the series is progressing. I hope that he doesn’t let the attack that he feels is his fault eat him up too much inside.
I gave this a four star instead of five because there were a lot of things that I found repetitive and annoying. One example of a few, we were told in the first book that she used pain as a way to combat crying. We don’t need to be told every time she does it why. There are very mundane things that are explained over and over that don’t need to be.

Brothers of the Flame“I loved this book! To start, the narrator did a great job and made the book feel so, so real. I have read alot of RH books, but this is only the second that had more than five men in the harem. I was worried it would be too many, but it wasn't. I love the diversity in the characters, and while we got to know a little bit about a few of them I cant wait to learn even more. I am hoping for a little more steam in the second book because the tension has been building in this one.
I really enjoy Ariel and I am excited to see how she will flourish with her mom no longer in the picture to be an abusive wench.

Heiress of Embers“This is the second book in the sleeping beauty series and it begins right where the first one ended.
The queen is back under her curse and asleep. That leaves Azia left to deal with trying to solve a lot of problems since her dad is discombobulated. While the story is short, it is filled with dragons, dwarfs and shows Azia learning a key piece of information about her past.
I can't wait to finish the last two. They are not available on audible yet, so I will have to read the ebook.

Submit XXX Maxim, Book 1 (Club XXX)“This was my first time listening to this narrator or reading anything from this author. They did not disappoint. Lana was able to bring so much depth and realness into the characters and Zara brought them to life with her voice.
This is a dark romance as mentioned in the blurb, but it was much darker than anything I have ever read before. There is self-harm and consensual inflicted harm, and if blood and harshness is no your thing then this will not be the book for you. It was disturbing, yet I couldn’t turn it off and I was so invested and still liked the overall story.
I have already downloaded the second book and will be starting it tonight while at work! So excited to see where the story will go.

It was really hard for me to determine who was actually speaking a lot of the time because he didn't change his voice enough between characters. I thought the first two parts of the series were good, but it all went down hill for me from there. I DNF the book with an hr left. Marley’s Menage: Romance Menage Series (The Key Club)“This book is a great short and steamy story. I really enjoyed the characters and how they interacted with each other. I appreciated that there really wasn’t a ton of drama and it was mostly straight to the point. I didn’t love some of the wording that was used, I felt like vagina and other clinical terms took away a bit of the steam for me. The narrator did a good job, and overall it is a good read. Innocence (Dark Mafia Romance, Book 1)“I really enjoyed listening to the story of Cora and Marcus. There were a lot of instances where Cora was very naive and I found myself yelling at her “no, no” but I understand the importance of that to the story. On the flip side, I appreciated her naivety because I think there is a lot more to Marcus then the dark and angry side that he shows most of the time. Without her being willing to see the bright side of things, I don’t think she would have been able to pull Marcus out of his shell as much as she did.
This is a good dark romance if that is what you are looking for, there is a very dark side that Marcus holds just below the surface.
The narrator did a good job at bringing the characters to life, but I would have LOVED to have dual narration for this. I have already started the second book, and I am excited to see where it goes. I am grateful I was able to start the second one so soon because the ending of this was a bit of a cliff hanger.

Sanctuary: An Urban Fantasy Romance (Shifter Chronicles Book 1)“I really loved the story concept and the idea that this book had, but there were a few things that lacked for me. I definitely don't think this should be considered a romance. There were like 3, maybe 4 kisses and nothing really developed between her and callum or Aiden. Maybe its a really, really, really slow burn romance? 🤷♀️
I had a hard time getting through the first part of the book and there were a few confusing parts to me. I like the idea of back and forth with her friends, but I don't think it was done correctly and I felt like I was getting unnecessary whip lash.
I am not sure if I will continue on with the series since I mostly selected this one because it was listed as paranormal romance and there just hardly isn't any ♨️ for me.
